[BUG] "Apply Config" ALWAYS greyed out! Do NOT work!!! webview2 broken!

Several issues!!!

1. Most important I guess is that webview2, the Microsoft product that is required by many third-party apps is broken! Unable to reinstall from Microsoft's standalone Evergreen installer - "Installation Failed", even after cleaned registry as per Google, after reinstalling Windows 11 Home using Media Creation Tool keeping Apps and Files, after using WinHance Backup Import - Import Backup Config!!!

2. Talking about Importing Backup Config - This does NOT work, unless I select "Skip review and apply immediately", as if not every after reviewing the "Apply Config" button NEVER becomes available!!!

3. Question if I install Winhance will it restore what was changed!

My last resort to getting webview2 to work, is to backup my documents, and perform a fresh complete new Windows 11 home install, loosing all my installed apps!!!
