Navbar like in the demo

The demo site has a navbar and the "key features" section mentions navigation, however the actual CSS file doesn't style the nav tag. It would be great to have this feature added.

Thanks for the kind words and the suggestion. Styling the <nav> element (as shown in the demo) is a reasonable feature, but doing it well in a classless framework is non-trivial — a bare <nav> can be a vertical link list, a horizontal bar, breadcrumbs, etc., and Marx has no way to know which you intend without classes. I'm leaving this open and labelling it feature so it can be considered properly rather than rushed. Contributions welcome.
