gauss ignores the directory it's run from

this script installer scaffolds ~/GaussWorkspace as a prewarmed Lean project. side-effect i noticed: when I cd into my own Lean repo and run gauss and invoke one of the skills, it stays pinned to the scaffolded workspace rather than the repo I'm in.
