Current Behavior
SELKIES_DESKTOP=true worked ✅
SELKIES_DESKTOP=True not worked 💥

Although it's mentioned here and elsewhere as being set to true, True is also used extensively in other examples of environment variables. I believe it's better that both forms should work.
Otherwise, such inconsistency could ultimately cause confusion for users.
