Themes Change do not save

When i change the theme via the app or the settings it stays just like i want it to, but when i close session or reboot the changes are erased and it goes back to normal mint-y

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to themes
2. Click on whatever theme you want
3. Reboot
4. See error

Distribution:
-Linux Mint 22.3 Zara with the latest cinnamon
