3 items long gap in start menu

There is a strange gap at the end of the start menu list and I don't know if classify it as a bug on my end. Here is how it looks.

I am pretty sure this is accurate to XP behaviour since it is using actual XP source code. I believe it's based on the amount of pinned items you have

Hello, to confirm I removed some of my pins and nope, the pins don't seem to correlate with the gap below, I guess I'll just get used to it

Sorry for reopening the issue but I have a question about the start menu again.
Because like, I know there is supposed to be a gap proportional to the amount of pins, but I still have a 3 item long gap having two pins, is that normal behavior?
