I can confirm the app still works at least up to Android 10, and maybe later (I'll have to try in an emulator).

I would like to recommend to update the manifest file and Readme to extend the number of versions that this app is confirmed to work on.

Great app BTW, I use it to clean up ghost deleted/temporary files generated by network shares from showing up in DocumentsUI (the stock Files app that is the default files management app and cannot be changed since Android 9).

Works fine on my Android 13 and 14 devices. I'm unable to install it on a new Android 14 device, though.

Somehow I have this app still working on my OnePlus 8T but I was unable to install it fresh from F-Droid on my Nothing Phone 1. As a workaround, if you have access to a PC, I found you can refresh the media cache with this adb command:

adb shell content call --method scan_volume --uri content://media --arg external_primary

Needing to be plugged into a PC is a very annoying limitation, though. Would be great to see this app updated so I can keep installing it on new devices.
