mpii_27 feet rotation issue

Below is a sequence of poses and I can see an unlikely feet rotation.
I thought commits: 1439f8e, 05bc915 were addressing this issue but it might be a different one?
Any insights?
These results are with master branch and a mpii-27 input

The left leg has +Z pointing the wrong way, and the foot doesn't even line up with that. I don't know why this his happening but I suspect an issue in rigging tools, not the input data.
