About this discussion space

Hello,
I am trying GitHub discussions. The idea is to have a space where we keep a record of ours ideas and discuss them. There is a category meant for discussions about parameter design (Reaching an agreement before implementation). GitHub discussions inherit the repo's visibility.

I moved all the default github categories to ”GitHub Default Sections", currently the categories are :

• Ideas
• Parameters
• Announcements
• Misc
