Hide the "Download" button for games that are just redirects to websites #479

Description

@dfabulich

In 2026 (as in 2025), there are a number of games where the "Download" link doesn't include any game content; the download is just a little file containing a link to the actual game online.

  • The 9:00 AM Train
  • Caribbean Nightmare
  • Escape the Wumpus
  • Postgrad. Chapter one (beta)

Currently, IFComp doesn't really "know" that these files aren't games. According to https://ifcomp.org/comp/2026/json, "9:00 AM Train", "Escape the Wumpus", and "Postgrad" are "website" games; "Caribbean Nightmare" is "other".

Currently, all of them have a "Download" link on the ballot, but I think it's not correct to include a "Download" link, because these games aren't downloadable.

Instead of assigning them platform "website" (which normally means a downloadable website), I would call them "online-only", and hide the Download button for "online-only" games.
