Support for multiple Vue 2 / Vue 3 app

Hi everyone.

I recently came across a similar problem and stumbled upon this repo and issue. I ended up creating my own repository inspired by both this thread and the original project. My version includes a fix for the multi-app problem discussed here, and it was specifically designed with microfrontends in mind, particularly those using single-spa. That said, it also works well on most non-microfrontend setups too.
