haxelib inthebox-macros is missing in include.xml

Include.xml needs this project to compile.

The dependency is defined into the haxelib :
https://github.com/hyperfiction/HypSystem/blob/master/haxelib.json#L11

Normally when you install the app lib, haxelib will prompt you to install the dependencies.
