New versions of Enpass (v6.8 and above) have migrated to SQLCipher version 4

• The Enpass application on your device may have automatically updated. New versions of Enpass (v6.8 and above) have migrated to SQLCipher version 4, a newer database encryption standard.
• The enpass-cli version 1.6.5 tool that you install from Homebrew can be built with the older SQLCipher library (v3).
• When enpass-cli tries to open a database file created by SQLCipher v4, it does not recognize the format and reports the error "file is not a database".

Hmm, we just need to find a Go wrapper for sqlite that supports v4. My current one does not.
