Default output directory prefix #218
Description
Current default prefix is pythontex-files-, which is in different pattern from _minted- used by minted.
Personally I prefer the minted pattern (hence _pythontex-files- or just _pythontex-), in which the less commonly used leading underscore indicates it's something not created by user.
