Add NonLinearModel class object #402
Description
A NonLinearModel class object is yet missing. This implementation should include a fitnlm function for creating the nonlinear model objects. Additionally, the baseline functions nlinfit, nlparci, and nlpredci` should also be implemented.
This is a rather long term goal and as a relatively large project to implement it could be a candidate GSoC project for 2026.
