Git won't intergrate with Visual Studio

I try to intergrate with Visual Studio 2026, the Git Changes tab is present but I can't commit anything (the commit all button is greyed out), I'm signed into my Github account and I see that it has pushed the repo but I can't use push or pull from inside the Git Changes tab. When I sign in from within VS I get a blank screen with a link to the setup page but when I click it it won't load the page.

I hope you can help me solve this issue?

Unfortunately, you reached the Git for Windows project, which is not owning Visual Studio, nor the Git experience in that product. Please go to: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/VisualStudio
