Unrelated issue: RTM ModelPack Creation Kit

Hi there, sorry i had to make this unrelated issue, but i heard that a dropbox link to RTM ModelPack Creation Kit (found at RealTrainMod CurseForge page) has long since been inaccessible. So, if you have one, you might want to share it, so that way i'll use it to make more modelpacks. and if i wanted, upload it to Internet Archive to be available again.
