Description
There are two versions of the Ubiquiti Airgrid M5 HP:
- the "old" one, which runs the Bullet M firmware (identical hardware except for the RF part not bein N connector but in the focal point of the dish).
OEM Firmware:
http://www.ubnt.com/download/?group=airgridm (select AirGrid M5 / XM firmware)
This is the ToH entry:

There is some info on the Airmax M platform in general:
http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/ubiquiti/airmaxm
- the "new" one, which is not supported yet
http://www.ubnt.com/download/?group=airgridm (select AG-HP-5Gxx / XW firmware)
Support for the Nanostation M XW is already done:
https://dev.openwrt.org/changeset/41636
I even tried to flash a trunk image for the NS M XW to the AG-HP-5G. The bootloader let me flash the firmware via tftp and didn't complain (you'll have to rename it eg. to XW.v6.0.OpenWrt.release.14.07.20141002). However, I only saw DHCP requests on the ethernet interface, so it's probably configured as a WAN interface.
The OEM bootlog for the AG-HP-5G is here:

There are AirOS images with OLSR both for XM and XW devices:
