Are the mainnet Bountiful challenges still active and funded?

I'm considering spending time researching the Bountiful mainnet challenges, but I would like to confirm their current status first.

The registry at 0x71fB6afcD98c5BD611712ad4b8D314EF729aa69D currently shows seven open challenges with a 0.25 ETH prize each, while its current balance is 1 ETH.

Could you please clarify:

1. Is the bounty program still active and are all seven deployed challenges still eligible?
2. Is the available balance intentionally first-come, first-served, and would the registry be replenished if more than four valid claims were submitted?
3. Which exact Fe compiler version and repository commit correspond to the deployed bytecode?
4. Is the 0.01 ETH lock deposit returned after a valid claim, or is it retained by the registry?
5. Is there a private contact channel for responsible disclosure before executing a valid exploit on mainnet?

We have already reproduced the contracts locally and performed preliminary testing, but we would prefer to confirm these conditions before continuing.
