Segmentation Fault When Building with --march=native #833

Description

@fzhwenzhou

When using codon build PYTHON_FILE_NAME --march=native on my machine, it will throw Segmentation Fault regardless of the Python script content (even an empty Python file without anything). Removing the --march=native tag will make compilation successful.
Codon version: 0.19.6
