Support namespace inclusion in watcher configuration

Hi,

Related to #623 which introduced support for excluding namespaces, I would like to be able to include namespaces as well (through an includedNamespaces configuration option).

The objective is to allow mirroring only specific namespaces.

For security reason, I also need to limit the scope of this operator to a list or a regexp string to only include specific namespace.
