What Happened?
There is no character cap for shown Bluetooth device name, allowing the indicator popover to get comically wide, to the extent of surpassing the display width.
Steps to Reproduce

Pair a Bluetooth device with extremely long name

Open the indicator popover
(I also made my display resolution a little smaller, just to demonstrate it might become wider that the display width itself. This is, however, is not necessary to reproduce the issue)
Expected Behavior
Device name gets capped after a reasonable amount of characters (like it happens in wingpanel-indicator-sound, maybe 1.5 to 2 times longer).
