[BUG] - Banner for update link url is incorrect

Describe the bug
The link in the banner to update your app takes you to /releases/tag/, which gives a 404

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. When an update is available, click Click here to go to release page
2. Observe the 404 page

Expected behavior
Arriving at the /releases page

This is already fixed in the latest version (you just can't see it because no updates are available)
