it auto configures it based on ram , it does ram * 1.5 so that's around 94 for me, you installed a while back, when it was set to use exactly as much as your ram,

there's no limit, it will keep going until images are cached, it uses imagemagic to downgrade images so they're previewable quickly from the wallpaper selector. that's the only thing it uses the cpu for, the first time.
