Error when read the moad files (xxxx.bio1)

Hi @zimeizhng ! Much thanks for your interest in our software. Are you certain that you have successfully downloaded the BindingMOAD database? I wonder what the contents of MOAD_DIR/BindingMOAD_2020/121p.bio1 are. Could it be that the file is somehow corrupt? That might explain why it seems to contain no atoms.

Hi @zimeizhng . I was playing around with the code and discovered that recent versions of prody refuse to parse PDB files unless they have the ".pdb" extension. Very odd. I just made some changes to the main branch that should overcome this problem. Can you confirm that your error no longer appears? Thanks!
