Release 1.1 beta. Target to be ready for EBU NTS.

• @felixpou prepare an announcement. to be publish on the morning of first NTS day. Sync up with EBU mail list @wvermost @paulvko

• CBC has some issues with the audio replication, will see if there is a problem but let not wait for release
• @jonasohland is working on Fabrics: Capability querying, Protocol selection #179 that will introduce a breaking change to the API. Solution: @jonasohland will do a partial PR to make that API change before finishing the feature for the following release.
