Reporting the other side as extra upon dangling symlink, etc. could mislead users into thinking there is extra stuff when there actually isn't (it's just due to a read error on the other side)

I fixed this so it doesn't report EXTRA for ERRORs, but we still need to decide what the correct behavior should be for the other cases. We could easily add different messages for these cases so it's still called out but it doesn't confuse the user into thinking the stuff is actually extra and therefore safe to delete.

For DIFFERENT-FS, I just made it report and count a SKIP for the other side (regardless of if it's there or not). This might be the behavior we want in all cases (aside from conservatively reporting MISSING when we can't definitively prove that stuff in the original is in the backup).
