Redo the driver.get and execute script implementation to fork process and not hang when command invoked

Currently, on Windows at least, calling driver.get() or execute (java)script will cause the WebDriver command to hang until the app/script or whatever is launched by the command terminates.

Need to rework the implementation to fork the process and return immediately instead, and have it be OS platform agnostic.
