Allow to use RethinkDB as an alternative to MongoDB

RethinkDB has pub/sub system we can use in this context.
It will also allow users who have it in their stack to use oplog.

We used mongo for the same reason: we already have mongo dbs in our stack. It would be great to have this backend pluggable though. I will have a look.
