Contacts erased and channels erased after repeater admin login and UI freeze, OR after WiFi.

Describe the bug

I did admin-login to a repeater. Directly after login, I was returned to the login screen but the T-Deck (at least the UI) was frozen.

I switched off and on again.

Then all contacts were gone and channels were reset (all channels deleted, and Public channel restored). (Scopes were not reset.)

Which device are you using

LilyGO T-Deck Plus

Which Firmware are you using

v0.9.12.3

Could reproduce it once more (with v0.9.12.3; v0.9.13 does not work for me (#334)).

In both cases I have requested telemetry before.

But it seems not to be always reprodicible.

Also got this on other stuff I did (enabled WiFi, downloading network tiles. Froze on download. Switched off and on again: All contacts and channels lost!)

Can reproduce this with just switching on WiFi, without downloading network tiles, and without syetem freeze: WiFi on -> on next reboot, contacts and channels are erased.
