Where do I find the CCP file?

I can't find the correct CCP file to boot eCPM. Can you add the location to the readme.

On boot -
eCPM: Loading eCPM/CCP-DR48.BIN: failed!

I included the data directory, with a 48K CCP (DigitalResearch) and some public and MIT licence software.
