DLL File Viewer & EXE Viewer (the "App") is provided by Coobbi ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
The App is a local file-inspection tool. It does not run DLL or EXE files and does not upload selected file contents to our servers.
- Files and local analysis
When you select a file, the App reads it through Android's system file picker and processes it locally on your device.
To perform an analysis, the App temporarily copies the selected file to its private cache. The temporary copy is deleted when the analysis finishes or fails. We do not upload the contents of selected files to Coobbi servers.
If you choose to export an analysis report, the report is saved only to the location you select through Android's system file saver. Sharing or sending an exported report is initiated by you.
- Information stored locally on your device
The App may store the following information locally in its private app storage:
- Recent files: file display name, content URI, file size, time opened, file type, and architecture.
- Pro analysis history: structured analysis metadata such as file name, size, hash, file type, architecture, certificate signer information, and version metadata. Raw file contents and file paths are not stored in this history.
- Pro status: a local indicator showing whether Pro features are enabled.
This local information is not uploaded to Coobbi servers and is excluded from Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing analysis history where available, clearing the App's data in your device settings, or uninstalling the App. The App may also replace older history entries when its storage limits are reached.
- Advertising
The free version of the App displays ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob).
Google's SDK may automatically collect and share information such as IP address, device and account identifiers (including the Android advertising ID and app set ID), app interaction information, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide the required notice and consent choices before using personal data for personalized advertising.
- Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time Pro purchase through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments and purchase transactions. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
The App queries Google Play for product details and purchase status, and stores only a local Pro-status indicator on your device. Google's handling of purchase-related information is governed by its own policies.
- Information we do not use
The App does not include Firebase Analytics, Facebook, Fabric, or any Coobbi analytics service. We do not sell user data. We do not upload selected file contents, analysis results, recent-file records, or Pro analysis history to Coobbi servers.
- Security
The App keeps local analysis data in Android's private app storage. Network communications made by Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing are handled by Google and are encrypted in transit according to Google's services and policies.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Please avoid selecting files that you are not authorized to access or share.
- Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
- Third-party links
The App may open links to third-party services, such as this Privacy Policy, Google Play, or your email application. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
- Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the "Last updated" date.
