Trying to get USB Coral TPU working

`` Looking to figure out why I cant get the Coral TPU working on CPAI I keep getting this error message when installing the module and this one when I try to start the module

This is a passthrough from proxmox and I have followed the instructions on getting the TPU installed but it doesn't seem to ever want to be detected
