Experiencing the exact same issue on two fresh installs of CPAI.
Docker running on AlmaLinux with CPAI 2.9.7, Object Detection (YOLOv5 6.2) 1.10.0, trying to install License Plate Reader 3.3.4 fails the self-start and won't run.
