Support for Julia Language

Hi dev team, is it possible to add support for Julia Language, meaning files that ends with .jl

It is a niche but fun language to code in.

Julia support has been added in cocoindex-io/cocoindex#1942

Will be ready in cocoindex-code after the next release of cocoindex (which will be within a few days).
