Support a QR Code

Let's help people who put "We're hiring!" at the end of their presentations, it'd be nice to have the project logo, QR code, etc. in one widget that's condusive to this.

Additionally make a top level one for gitjobs.dev so that we can put it in the CNCF templates. Then the projects can just slice and dice however they want to present the data. 😄

I have tried to work on adding a handler for generating a QR code for the employers page and only for the employer the handler endpoint is open to. I'm not sure if that's what is intended.

We need to discuss this feature a bit more, so it's not probably a good first issue.

When an interesting issue (for first contributors) comes up, we'll add the labels help wanted and good first issue to it. In the meantime, I'd recommend you to take a look at CLOTributor, where you can find a lots of opportunities to contribute to Cloud Native projects 🙂.
