SDK implements deprecated dns record filter criteria

The currently implemented DNS filters are now deprecated as stated in:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/api/reference/deprecations/#2025-02-21

Therefore, querying DNS records by name is basically impossible now, unless manually making requests via adapter with the correct query format.
