Feature request: PostGreSQL as external database

I'm asking for a posibillity to use an external database for storing data, not only the packed SQLite database. Simplicity is good, but sometimes one could use the flexibility too.

While I always wanted PostgreSQL support myself, it is unlikely I can make that happen quickly. The handling of vector data is quite different between both and maintaining two different SQL stacks is cumbersome. I'm considering supporting Turso and libsql instead. Would that be an option?
