calendar.fullCalendar is not a function

I tested the lib as a standalone and it works. But when i include into my application, the above error occurs. No difference in the codes between testing codes and what i included in my application.

What i notice is that the fullCalendar function is not available after line 284 of calendar.js. ie calendar = $(elm).html('')

This code was working fine for me yesterday and all of the sudden it's broken and I'm getting the same error.

The problem seems to be that the 1.0.2 NPM version contains a package.json file where the dependencies node is empty, while on the master branch from this repo there is the required dependencies since this commit.

Actually I think it has been fixed but never published (which is a bit a shame as the fix is here since 2016 🙄).

It would be great if you could publish a new version @peterver (as you seem to be the active guy on this lib) please?
