Add an option to quickly switch voice engine from menu bar / keyboard shortcut

Hello,
Currently I use two models for local dictation:

• Parakeet TDT v2 for English
• Nemotron 3.5 Multilingual for other languages.

Whenever I have to switch languages I have to go into the UI, scroll through the list of models and then activate the correct model. In my opinion they should be available to quickly switch from the menu bar from a list of available models similar to how the menu bar shows the list of available microphones and allows user to switch them.
