[FEATURE] Separate option to hide from Dock, and from App switcher

Problem

If I disable "Hide from Dock and App switcher" then the FluidVoice icon is present in dock even after I close the window. I do not need it present because I invoke it with a single key shortcut, and not by switching to the app.

If I enable it, then the FluidVoice window does not appear in the App switcher even if it is open. I want it to appear in the app switcher if I have it open.

I wish to hide FluidVoice from dock always. Not from App switcher though, I want it to appear when the window is open. When I close the FluidVoice window, I do not want it to appear in the app switcher any more.

Proposed solution

Hide from dock option. Hide from App switcher option.

There's no public API to do this apparently. It's either both hide or show.

Karabiner only has option to show/hide icon in menu bar. However, when clicking X, it is removed from the dock, despite Karabiner continuing to run. This seems like a logical and workable behaviour.

Moving this to discussion to see if there's any way that people know that could help, but other than that I couldn't find any public APIs that lets me do this.
