docs(ru): add Russian translation for contributing, FAQ, telemetry, and viewer pages

Description

The Russian (ru) documentation is missing several supplementary pages. This issue covers translating the remaining pages not covered by the core docs or integration guides issues.

Scope

• Directory: pages/src/content/docs/ru/
• Pages to translate (from pages/src/content/docs/en/):
  • contributing.md
  • faq.md
  • telemetry.md
  • viewer.md

Acceptance Criteria

• All 4 pages are translated into Russian and placed in pages/src/content/docs/ru/
• Frontmatter (title, description) is translated
• Code blocks and command examples remain unchanged
• Links to other docs use correct relative paths
• Site builds without errors

Context

The Russian docs currently only have 3 pages out of 16 available in English. This is the third and final issue to bring Russian docs to full parity with the English version.
