• The system will have tabular as well as spatial data (GIS Validation, geolocation point should be matches the administration)
• Data will be submitted as part of questionnaires
• Questionnaires need to be stored in the system and all bulk data uploads should use the question definition to validate the data
• Only fully approved data should be part of visualisations
• Approval will be multistage. There will be ability to approve/reject . Also, add notes at every level (Entry to final approval)
• County and national admins should be able to view all pending approvals in the system
• A user will have roles, regions, and questionnaires
• A user should only be able to devolve power limited by their own power
• All data should have history associated with them
• Data can also be submitted at the aggregated level
• Surveys will have levels of approvals that can be configured by national users
• Master data will need to be few into the system. They may include list of admins, schools , healthcare facilities etc. They need to be incorporated at various sections of the platform (questionnaires, add user forms, visualizations etc)
