See modernc/sqlite to remove CGO need

The current project use go-sqlite3 which is great, however, if you want it to a single binary with no shared system libraries modernc/sqlite will do this in pure Go.

If you want to keep go-sqlite3 just remove this issue, just saw your post in the Headscale Discord and wanted to point that out.
