已审查 PR #88（https://github.com/ZeroPointSix/outlookEmailPlus/pull/88）。

结论：暂不建议合并，已在 PR review 里 request changes。主要问题是历史 temp_emails.domain IS NULL 的临时邮箱在带 email_domain 调 claim-random 时仍会被过滤掉，可能继续复现本 issue 的 NO_AVAILABLE_ACCOUNT。建议在迁移中回填 domain/prefix，或在领取过滤时从 email 派生域名兜底，并补对应回归测试。

已重新审查 PR #88 最新提交 d2fd222696039c9267ecf12ad02ddc0c70e8733e，此前 request changes 的历史 temp_emails.domain IS NULL 问题已经修复，并已在 PR 上提交 APPROVE。

复核结果：

• v24 迁移已回填历史 domain/prefix。
• claim-random 的 email_domain 过滤已能从 email 地址派生域名兜底。
• 新增回归测试覆盖 domain=NULL 的历史行。
• 在 do-us-002 跑过 tests.test_pool_temp_mailbox tests.test_pool，53 tests OK；独立复现实验也确认 legacy@legacy.test 且 domain=NULL 时，带 email_domain=legacy.test 可成功领取。

结论：PR #88 当前可以合并。
