Not working on ATmega328PB

I tried this on an ATmega328PB and it gives me the following error:

Error while burning bootloader.

The description says it should support ATmega328PB. I am using the chip with a 16MHz resonator and pull-up resistor on the RESET pin.

Any ideas?
