When exiting a boat on 1.8.9 grim fails BadPacketsN due to a transaction desync.

### Steps to Reproduce

Join a 1.8.9 server with Grim AC
Enter a boat
Exit the boat

### Expected Behavior

Transactions should be sent in the correct order
