Problem with Audio quality when decompressing a bnk

I tried to decompress a BNK of the game The King Of Fighters XIII (2011) everything went well when extracting the files from the bnk and leaving them in OGG...

but the problem here is that when opening it it sounds horribly ugly to the point of being scary. It's like something was wrong with the bitrate encoding or something with the Kbps, it sounds very distorted and I don't know what it's due to, here I leave the bnk file with which I tried to do it in case you need to try it..

The raw files seem fine. Maybe the raw to ogg conversor cannot process those files.
In general I'd say this project uses outdated versions of tools inside (with all respect to the creator), it isn't updated, so with some newer file formats it probably cannot handle some of them.

If you want to check the playable files directly, you can just get the raw audio first (basically using just the first line of the script, the quickbms.exe one).
Then rename the .wav files to .wem, that's their real format let's say.
Then using foobar2000 player with plugin VGMStream Player (foo_input_vgmstream), you can play the raw .wem files, and convert them from inside the player to other formats.

So that would be a direct way of getting some sound, without scripting.

For more low level approach you'd basically use vgmstream cli tool to convert those .wem files to playable wav. Check their website and Github repo too, if you need it.
