As a user, I want a timer for each player.

• Create a timer object
• Add a number for the amount of time the user wants have per game or turn
• As a developer, I want to know whose turn it is. #1
• Need a winning condition for when a player runs out of time
• Display the timer somewhere on the screen
• Need a warning or indication when running low on time
