The current flaky test (testGetDeclaredGroupsByRef2) in LdapIdentityProviderTest.java initially existed as testGetGroups2 in LdapProviderTest.java. The SHA provided above is the first compilable commit in which LdapProviderTest.testGetGroups2 is flaky.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clone this repo: https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-oak
2. Use Java 8 and Maven 3.6.3
3. Checkout SHA: 859823
4. Run the following commands:

mvn clean install -DskipTests

mvn test -pl oak-auth-ldap edu.illinois:nondex-maven-plugin:2.1.1:nondex -Dtest=org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.security.authentication.ldap.LdapProviderTest#testGetGroups2
